How should I break in my cornhole bags?

We recommend throwing your bags to break them in. It may take some time, but it is a sure way to get your bags game ready without compromising the 90-Day Cornhole Bag Limited Warranty offered on all bags purchased directly from AAR Cornhole.

Can I order custom AAR Cornhole bags?

Yes! You can order custom bags directly from our website. Simply choose your series and quantity, then leave us a description of how you would like your custom bags to look. If you have a logo you would like on your custom bags, send the vector file to cs@aarcornhole.com.

When will Rippers be back in stock?

We will announce any restocks or releases of Rippers on our official Facebook page. Facebook is the first place we will supply updates on Ripper inventory, so make sure to give our page a follow!

There is an issue with one of my bags, what can I do?

If you receive your order and find that there is a manufacturing issue, please reach out to us at cs@aarcornhole.com so that we can help make things right. If an issue develops over time (like seams coming apart) you may be covered under our 90-Day Cornhole Bag Limited Warranty. This warranty covers bags that experience defects in materials and craftsmanship under ordinary customer use for ninety days from the original purchase date. Bags must have been purchased directly from our website or an official vendor booth.

What are the bag speeds for AAR Cornhole bags?

Our bag speeds are based on a 1-10 scale, with 1 being the slowest and 10 being the fastest. Keep in mind that our speed ratings are approximations and will vary depending on other factors, like board conditions.

Shipping:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Any purchase of an in-stock item will usually ship on the next business day. Most of our packages are shipped as priority mail, so they are expected to arrive within 3-4 days.

Any purchase of a made-to-order item, like custom jerseys, custom bags, or boards, have varying shipping times. Custom jerseys ship in roughly 6-8 weeks. Custom bags ship in roughly 2-3 weeks. Custom boards ship in roughly 2-3 weeks.

My package shipped, but still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If you made a purchase and have not received your order, please reach out to cs@aarcornhole.com with your name and order number. We can check on the progress of your order for you. If it appears your package has been lost in transit, we can file an insurance claim and work towards replacing or refunding your order.

What do I do if my package arrives damaged or with items missing?

Please reach out to cs@aarcornhole.com as soon as possible with your name, order number, pictures of the damaged item and pictures of the damaged packaging. We make sure to secure our packaging so that items will be protected during transit. If a package arrives damaged, we will work with you to make things right.

Returns/Refunds:

I ordered the wrong item, can I return my order?

Yes, but keep in mind we will not accept returns for customized items unless they are defective in some way. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item can be returned as long as it is still new/unused and in the original packaging. We will send you a shipping label so that you can ship your item(s) back to us. Upon inspection of the condition of the returned item(s), we will reach out with a decision on your return. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Sponsorships/Donations:

How do I become an AAR Cornhole sponsored player?

AAR Cornhole is not actively looking to sponsor any more players for the 2023-2024 season. AAR Cornhole will mainly choose to sponsor Pro/Elite level players, with some exceptions.

Would AAR Cornhole be willing to donate to my fundraiser/benefit?

We receive many requests to support fundraisers and benefits around the country. Unfortunately, we are not able to make donations to all of them. If you are requesting a donation, please reach out to cs@aarcornhole.com with as many details as you can provide. We want to receive information such as location, date, event purpose, and anything else that would be important to help us make a decision.

Can I become a brand ambassador for AAR Cornhole?

If you are interested in becoming a brand ambassador for AAR Cornhole, we appreciate your interest in representing our brand! We are not looking to add any more ambassadors for the 2023-2024 season, but there may be opportunities in the future. Any future ambassadorship opportunities will be posted to our Facebook page after the end of the 2023-2024 season.
